You've claimed to be a true Jain and have been an active participant in JITO. This seems to be an act of sheer hypocrisy as you have at least  shattered the basic 4 vows/pillars   on which Jainism rests.

1. Ahimsa: (non Violence) The inhuman financial rape and torture of 13000 innocent investors at your hands is nothing short of a bloody massacre. No wonder FT  stands for Financial terrorism.
2. Satya: (truth). This is the biggest casualty when you claim that you are also a victim. Various points clinchingly prove your active complicity in the fraud. You were present in every crucial meeting including the one which launched these fraudulent contracts and allowed finance without commodities to NK protein the son in law of your friend Shankar Guru. This was also a casualty when you made false promises on TV on 5th August 2013. The fact that La-fin and your relative Mukesh Shah (abettor in this fraud) share the same address at CP tank will only nail your lie further.
3.   Asteya:The third vow, asteya, is to not take anything that is not willingly offered.  Attempting to extort material wealth from others or to exploit the weak or gullible is considered theft. This is precisely what you have done with 15000 gullible trusting investors.
4.  Aparigraha : means non-possessiveness.  Need I say more about what you have done to achieve material wealth and at what cost?

Do remember that as per Jainism the Karmic consequences of your acts are inevitable. Cheating 13000 people without offering penance for it will hunt you for your hundreds of births. Even in this life the mere curse of 13000 innocent people will burn you and your family down in coming years. As a fellow Jain it is my earnest request to you to mend your ways and make up for your wrong acts. Do distribute all your wealth to people who've been cheated in NSEL fraud. While greats like Bill Gates have given almost all their wealth in charity to anonymous people, all you need to do is keep 100 crores of your wealth for your family and give back the rest to all the people who've been wronged at your hands.

Do not forget that Karma is the king and watches all your acts no matter how much you manage to hoodwink FMC, courts, Ministries, ROC.

Dear Mr. Massey

I wish you a very happy new year. I'm an NSEL investor and I've learnt that you are a devout and conscientious Christian with good learning of commandments. Here are a few Biblical verses which you may need to revisit-.

"Better is a poor man who walks in his integrity than a rich man who is crooked in his ways"- -Bible Proverbs   28.6

"Good people are guided by their honesty; treacherous people are destroyed by their dishonesty" -Bible Proverbs 11.3

"The Lord wants weights and measures to be honest and every sale to be fair".-Bible Proverbs 16:11

 "Honest people will lead a full, happy life. But if you are in a hurry to get rich, you are going to be punished" -   Bible Proverbs 28.20

"Earn thy bread with the sweat of thy brow"- Genesis 3.19

 " Receive us, as we have wronged no man, we have corrupted no man, we have defrauded no man."    -2 Corinthians 7:2 (Do you think you will have the conviction to tell this to the good lord on the day of reckoning -??)

I appeal to you (and your friend ) to peep into your inner-self and not to damn 15000 families in this new year. Would you want to live with the negativity of 15000 families and about 75000 individuals cursing you  24/7 ? Please think and act like a real Catholic and listen to your inner conscience rather than selling yourself for those  30 pcs of silver just like Judas did. A Catholic without catholicity isn't any better than an NSEL warehouse- Empty, Hollow, Treacherous , Deceptive, Perfidious and even Sinful. 

Please wake up and act, it is never too late to make amends.

Hi , god bless you and all investors so that we may with the help of entire system recover the dues from defaulters and pay the investors   . I also that all investors for their patience. God love and grace is for all without our merit. I am sure He will not let investors suffer.

Bible hope of eternal life is for all and according to His standards all are sinners and need a saviour to allow us to have eternal life by faith in Him.

"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Thanks for your patience and I am sure you will appreciate our sincere effort in recovering dues as we too are victims on the same act.

Sir, Words are cheap and the proof of the pudding is always in the eating. Sorry if I am harsh but the acts of your group (and yours) so far do not generate any more confidence than the decisions of a typical Pakistani cricket umpire.

As for the lord, I am sure he is kind,benevolent and merciful. I am pretty confident that the investors will get their rightful dues. With you, without you or even in spite of you.

I may be a little aware of your predicaments , most of them to me are self-induced. I am surprised that your Christian conscience has not rankled in last 4 years ever since you and your board ratified 'pair trades' in 2009. I pray to good lord to give you (and your pal) wisdom , compassion and moral rectitude to understand (and help) the plight and anguish of helpless investors who commited this only sin of reposing their trust in your group.


The mills of the god grind slow but they grind exceedingly small.

Hope the God grants you serenity to accept things you can't change, the MORAL COURAGE to change things that you can, and wisdom to know the difference.

As for my concerns, they do not extend beyond recovery of hard earned money of all the investors.
